After announcing it will cut 75 percent of its 2015 budget amid the plunge in crude oil, Swift Energy has decided to keep its offices in Greenspoint.
Previously, the company had considered moving into new space elsewhere.
The Houston-based exploration firm plans to move into former Exxon Mobil space in the Five Greenspoint Place 19-story building at 17001 Northchase Drive.
It has leased 120,000 square feet in the building’s top six floors, building owner and manager Hines announced this week.
The move will take place during the second quarter of this year.
