Houston's first public electric car customer

Bill Swann became the first Houstonian to take advantage of the city of Houston’s fledging electric car infrastructure this weekend when he pulled his Solectrica Force up to the charging station by City Hall.
Swann was joined by Steve Kobb, a fellow electric vehicle enthusiast who is now president of the Houston Electric Auto Association.

“We thank Mayor Bill White, Coulomb Technologies, Verdek-EV, Reliant Energy, and our fellow taxpayers for making this possible!” notes Steve.
