Report: Bad gasoline shipped from Exxon’s Baton Rouge terminal

Exxon Mobil’s Baton Rouge, La., gasoline terminal shipped out tainted fuel that has clogged up car systems, the state’s commissioner of Agriculture and Forestry told The Advocate.

In a report on the problem
, the news site reported Exxon told it said that the problem was limited to two batches of gasoline that were shipped out earlier this month.

In an earlier story, The Advocate detailed how Exxon shut down the terminal loading racks to investigate a “potential issue” with fuel being sold at some locations around Baton Rouge.
