Phillips 66 breaks ground on new Houston headquarters

Phillips 66 broke ground on its new Houston headquarters Friday, a 14-acre site in the Westchase district. The refining and midstream company, which spun off from ConocoPhillips last year, will house its 1,800 Houston employees on the campus, which could contian 1.2 million square feet of space across multiple buildings.
