ConocoPhillips leasing space in two new Energy Corridor buildings

ConocoPhillips has signed a lease for 850,000 square feet of office space along the Energy Corridor, developer Trammell Crow Co. and partner Principal Real Estate Investors announced Tuesday.

The space encompasses Energy Center Three, a 20-story, 550,000-square-foot office tower under construction and 300,000 square feet in Energy Center Four, a planned 600,000-square-foot building expected to break ground later this year.

The facilities will serve as the consolidated location for ConocoPhillips’ Lower 48 Business Unit. The building site is the southwest corner of Interstate 10 and North Eldridge Parkway near energy firm’s headquarters campus.
