With high unemployment and a sluggish economy, it can be a difficult task finding a job these days, but FuelFix is looking to help.

This position will have primary responsibility for hazard analysis and risk management practices for Gulf of Mexico (GoM) Operations, and will also provide support for incident investigation and management of change (MoC) processes. This position provides guidance and assistance to implement the Anadarko Management System initiatives for Anadarko’s Gulf of Mexico (GoM) Safety & Environmental Management System (SEMS). The ideal candidate is capable of working under minimal supervision to plan, advise, and implement work solutions to address regional and corporate objectives and goals.
This position is located in Anadarko’s Corporate office in The Woodlands, TX as a member of the GoM Compliance & Regulatory Affairs team.

BP jobs:

Field Employee Relations Specialist- San Antonio, Texas: Assists the organization to be more effective in managing employee relations by aligning HR strategies with business client group needs. Provides employee relations support by advising managers on employee relations issues, conducting and analyzing exit interviews, participating in terminations, conducting investigations, coordinating the disciplinary process and performing other general human resources functions. Able to work and make decisions independently in a self-directed manner.

Field Compressor Mechanic – Shamrock, TX: Compressor Mechanics will set, maintain, repair and operate compressors in their respective area for MidCon.

Drill Site Manager (Company Representative): Responsibilities may include the following: Manages on site day to day operations on drilling, completion, intervention and workovers in a safe and efficient manner; Works in a team environment to ensure the safety of all personnel on location and compliance with all applicable government regulations; Manages day to day activities of rig contractor personnel and third party contractors.

ConocoPhillips jobs:

Senior Process Engineer, LNG: The applicant provides process application, technical support, and oversight in the licensing of the LNG process. The applicant performs a variety of technical services in support of process studies, FEEDs, EPC work, LNG plant commissioning/startups, and technology development initiatives. Exxon jobs:

Safety engineer: The Beaumont Complex Safety Engineer will advise, develop, and execute strategies and programs to improve overall safety performance for the Beaumont Complex. The Safety Engineer will play a key role in safety procedure and program consolidation across the joint site. The Safety Engineer will also play a key role in development and execution of major site safety initiatives and programs. The job is located in Beaumont Texas.

Geophysicist: ExxonMobil is seeking a Geophysicist to provide end user support and training for industry standard and proprietary geophysical processing applications and workflows. The Geophysicist will be located in Houston, TX and report to the Upstream Technical Computing organization, supporting Geophysicists in the Upstream Exploration organization. Experience with 2D and 3D seismic processing techniques covering a range of geophysical environments is preferred. Experience with Omega2 is a plus.

Environmental Air Issues Advisor: The Environmental Air Issues Advisor must be familiar with all state and federal air regulations that commonly apply to refineries and chemical plants. An understanding of the Texas New Source Review and Title V permit programs is also preferred. The position will be expected to interpret and implement state and federal air regulations, potentially negotiate NSR and/or Title V permit revisions, manage environmental compliance assurance systems, and be responsible for short and long-term development of compliance strategies across the complex. This position requires frequent interaction with site management; operations, mechanical, and technical personnel; headquarters staff; and other members of the Safety, Health, & Environmental department. In addition, interaction with agency regulators and active involvement in advocacy and circuit networks is common.

Project Coordinator: The Project Coordinator position is based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. The Project Coordinator will lead a cross-functional team to execute expansion and improvement projects ($1M – $20M) for Chemical and Refinery plant in Baton Rouge.

Instrumentation Engineer: The Instrumentation Engineer is responsible for specification, design, and maintenance of the instrumentation for all plant operations, including field installations and associated control devices in local and remote locations. This individual would be responsible for developing maintenance and reliability strategies related to this instrumentation and for providing guidance to internal customers to maintain the reliability of this instrumentation.

Project Procurement Advisor: The Project Procurement Advisor (PPA) is a key member of the Project Team and is responsible for purchasing, contracting / subcontracting, and inventory management from procurement planning to material warehousing. Koch Pipeline Company

Risk Analyst- Measure and monitor market risk for control of commodity trading portfolios. Pipeline Inspector – Corpus Christi: Responsible for the inspection of construction and maintenance projects according to Koch Pipeline’s Technical Guidelines and applicable regulations. Pipeline Operator – San Patricio County, TX, Karnes City, TX, Liberty: A successful candidate for this role will be responsible for the safe and efficient operations & general maintenance of petroleum pipeline & station assets, which includes but is not limited to maintenance of valves, pumps, piping & tanks.

Project Engineer – Corpus Christi: A successful candidate for this role will be responsible for engineering and managing pipeline, station, terminal and tank projects, completing them safely, within budget and on schedule. Successful candidates will make tactical long term investment and strategy decisions impacting the entire organization.

Project Manager – Port Arthur: The Project Manager oversees pipeline construction projects to contract, install and start up liquids and gas pipelines and related facilities and/or assets that optimize the value of the business. Marathon Oil jobs

ADV.SR. GEOPHYSICIST (DEEPWATER GOM): The successful candidate will interpret 2D/3D seismic data, make well synthetic ties, create velocity & seismic models, be knowledgeable about seismic acquisition & imaging, and be able to integrate gravity & magnetic data.

Completions engineer: Position available is in the Worldwide Drilling and Completions Onshore Completions Team. The position will be located in Houston, Texas, but will be required to travel frequently to field locations to support on-site well operations.

Drilling engineer: Drilling Engineer position in the North America Production Operations (NAPO) Onshore division of the Worldwide Drilling & Completions organization. The successful candidate will begin with extensive exposure to a variety of domestic rig operations.

Geologist, Eagle Ford: The successful candidate will be responsible for operations geology tasks during drilling of wells on Marathon’s acreage in the Eagle Ford play in South Texas. Plans are to drill approximately 100 wells by the end of 2013 and continue at a pace of around 60 wells per year, making this an opportunity to work in a very fast paced and rewarding environment.

Geophysicist, acquisition specialist: Upstream Technology is seeking an experienced geophysicist to support and enhance 2D/3D seismic and wellbore acquisition programs across Marathon. The position will report to the, Subsurface Imaging Manager.

Onshore U.S. Completions/well intervention engineer: Responsible for management of onshore light tight oil (LTO) operations in the U.S. Prefer candidate with experience designing and executing hydraulic fracture treatments. Senior lead auditor of maritime: The mission of the review team is to provide an assurance to the Corporate Social Responsibility Committee that the Management of Maritime risk within Upstream International, Upstream Americas & Downstream Leadership Teams is compliant with International, National and Group requirements. Emphasis is also placed whenever possible on the ability to add value to the bottom line of customers and shareholders business while enhancing marine risk management. The incumbent will undertake process driven business reviews of Business Units shipping & marine activities on a worldwide basis. The position encourages the sharing of knowledge gained from this work by networking with marine professionals, providing training and advice to Business Units. As a member of the Shell Trading and Shipping Company (STASCO) emergency response team, to act as an adviser to the chief executive of a company in the event of a shipping incident, including oil spill.

Drilling engineer: The Drilling Engineer is responsible for the front end design of major projects and/ or designing, planning, and supporting of drilling operations and post drilling analysis of deepwater wells. The engineer will work closely with the subsurface disciplines, subsea systems, other well disciplines (e.g. petroleum engineering, completions) and regulatory to come up with the safest and most efficient plans to drill a well while meeting all expectations.

Petroleum technologist – Cement: Responsibilities may include the following: Provide cement support for over 70 global projects within the Shell organization;  Support the cementing operations of the business from the tendering stage to on-location execution; Identify, develop and source new technologies to meet the challenges of day to day operations.
