    This is borderline propaganda. I threw up in my mouth a little when I saw the peaceful sunset illustration for the regulators.

    There is no doubt that the companies involved should shoulder much of the blame for allowing this to happen ($4.9 billion dollars have been paid by BP alone to date, by the way). But the regulators are by no means innocent. It takes two parties for a bribe to occur.

    One more thing: Anybody who thought the “proposed” expansion of offshore drilling was ever going to happen under this administration needs to switch their medication. Obama doesn’t exactly have the best track record of keeping his promises. See also – Job Growth, Nuclear Energy Expansion, Government Transparency, etc.
